Niagara Falls still has it's old charm

I just love Niagara Falls.  Phil and I decided to go to spend our 2yr Wedding Anniversary (Sept 24th) there.  Although we got married on Seneca Lake, we thought it would be fun to switch it up this year and hang out on both the American and Canadian Falls.

We stayed at Seneca Casino, hardly played the machines, but one night at around midnight I said to Phil… let’s go play my favorite game “Sex and the City” slot machine.  After getting Phil hooked, and losing $40, I told him about a game that was sure to pay out.  There’s a fish slot machine that you have to sit at for quite awhile, but it slowly builds up your money.  My mom is quite the slot machine queen, so she’s taught me a thing or two… LOL. We went over to fish, and I won $288.  After my big win, I treated myself to 3 desserts. It was such a blast!!!

We did head over to the Canadian Falls, I just love the old charm of the falls on both the American and Canadian sides.  Clifton Hill is so fantastic, I never get sick of it.  I think my dad took me there every summer from the time I was little, and I still love it the same.  Anyways, Phil and I of course were suckers and just had to see the new wax celebrity’s in Louis Tussauds Wax Museum.  We had a blast, check out some of the pics 🙂

Oh and we also went into Movietime where we got to see Garfield (my favorite).  There was a very scary section of Movietime, where we had to find our way through mirrors in the dark… YUCK.  Phil loves that scary stuff, I can’t handle it.  I find myself so scared that my head somehow inserts under his armpit, and he has to make his way through the dark for both of us.  I just close my eyes, and put my head under his armpit, as he guides us to safety.  I’m a wimp, enjoy the pics 🙂  Phil and I walked under the falls, which was frightening, and he was just so intrigued by the black squirrels.
