Alaina oversees the AVDC and teaches/choreographs all routines recreational and competitive. Her job is to make sure her staff is always on the know and keeps up with the daily activities and trends of the dance industry. Read more about Alaina »

Melissa currently works primarily with our Junior and Senior team small groups choreography and training. Her training and performance experience is extensive (please read on about Melissa). Phil ensures that the technology of the studio/shows is up and running. Phil edits music for showcases and competitions. He also helps with construction of tickets and programs. He plays the soundtrack at all showcases and manages the technology and each of the staff members job functions. Phil runs the shows!
