By age group
A great way to start a little one's dancing career. We teach tumbling, tap and ballet during a 45-minute time frame — an introduction to musicality, movement, creativity, terminology and group interaction. Tons of fun with games and prizes, and our Creative Movers are usually the stars of the showcase!
A step up from Creative Movement, our Petites start to explore Ballet, Acrobatics and Tap with more zest. Dancers who graduate from Petites choose the genre they'd like to pursue in either our Open or Competitive programs at the 6–9 level.
Classes in Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap and Acrobatics. Ballet is the foundation of all dance — and acrobatics builds the body strong and flexible for future dance careers. Mini Competition dancers must take ballet and acrobatics (int–adv); all competing kids audition for a spot. Whether Open/Recreational or Competitive, our minis are such a fun age group — fearless, strong and so excited to dance and flip upside down!
Mini Competition TeamThis is the largest evolution phase of a dancer's career. They start to create their own path, opinions and movement choices — a time when choreography becomes artistic and their personalities start to show through in costume and stage make-up choices. Both Open/Recreational and Competitive programs are available at this age, and our Junior Competition Team is A+ — this group of kids rocks the competition scene to the core! Classes: Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Latin and Acrobatics.
Junior Competition TeamBallet, Advanced Pointe, Jazz, Musical Theatre Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Commercial Jazz, Latin and Acrobatics for ages 13+. Multiple classes a week, with ballet still stressed as the foundation. Seniors may even assist in teaching their own classes, subject to training level. Our Senior Competition Team wins high-scoring accolades and scholarships at top dance competitions; audition required to compete.
